1. Exhaust volume MAX: 10.0M3 / Min (customers to provide the receiver outside the furnace) centralised exhaust pipe diameter ∮ 100mm * 6PCS for easy on-site installation, and the appearance of the neat and clean, exhaust temperature of 150 ºC or less.
2. PET-FILM&COVERLEN, mesh belt width 1000mm, beige special temperature and wear-resistant rubbing, 04#25 specifications, bullnose connector. The height of the conveyor surface of the mesh belt from the ground is 980±20mm.
3. The bottom surface touches the conveyor mesh during handling. There is no contamination and scratching of the material during the conveying process. The products are transported smoothly in the furnace without shaking and jamming.
4. 128K high-density aluminosilicate environmentally friendly thermal insulation cotton (white ceramic cotton) door using high-temperature-resistant silicone forced tightly sealed, no leakage elasticity.
5. Conveyor mesh height from the ground: 980 ± 20mm, in the feeding and discharging are equipped with automatic corrective mechanism, to eliminate the production of conveyor mesh belt cheap.
6. Guardrails are fitted on both sides of the conveyor belt from infeed to outfeed to prevent products from jamming or falling off the conveyor belt.
